Workshop + Tasting Details

The experience will take place at the indicated time at Terra Surti, an oil mill located on the outskirts of the Sortino village of Sortino in Sicily.

Upon arriving at this farm, we'll visit its oil mill to find out how extra virgin olive oil is made. This outstanding product, also known as EVO, has many other uses beyond food consumption, including soap making.

We will hold a soap workshop to learn how to create this hygiene product using olive oil, understanding the process of saponification.

At the end of the workshop, we'll enjoy an extra virgin olive oil tasting accompanied by different typical Sicilian products. This experience lasts a total of 4 hours.
