The experience will take place at the indicated time at Terra Surti, an oil mill located on the outskirts of the Sortino village of Sortino in Sicily.

Upon arriving at this farm, we'll visit its oil mill to find out how extra virgin olive oil is made. This outstanding product, also known as EVO, has many other uses beyond food consumption. Did you know that it can be used to make soap?

We all know that theory is much better understood with practice, so we'll hold a soap workshop to learn how to make this hygiene product using olive oil. To do this, we'll learn about how the process of saponification works. Do you know what this process consists of? We'll find out!

At the end of the workshop, we'll enjoy an extra virgin olive oil tasting accompanied by different typical Sicilian products. This tasting will put the finishing touch to the experience, which will last a total of 4 hours.
