Workshop + Tasting Details
The experience will take place at the indicated time at Terra Surti, an oil mill located on the outskirts of the Sortino village in Sicily. Upon arrival, there will be a visit to the oil mill to learn how extra virgin olive oil is made. This product, also known as EVO, has various uses beyond food.
A soap workshop will follow, where participants will learn to make soap using olive oil and understand the process of saponification.
The experience concludes with an extra virgin olive oil tasting paired with different typical Sicilian products. The total duration of this experience is 4 hours.
