If you're looking for something different to do in Sortino, in this workshop in an olive oil mill, you'll learn how to make soap and enjoy an olive oil tasting with Sicilian specialities.

Workshop + Tasting Details

The experience will take place at the indicated time at Terra Surti, an oil mill located on the outskirts of Sortino in Sicily. Upon arriving at this farm, we'll visit its oil mill to learn how extra virgin olive oil, also known as EVO, is made. It can also be used to make soap.

We will conduct a soap workshop to understand how to make this hygiene product using olive oil. We will explore the process of saponification.

At the end of the workshop, we will enjoy an extra virgin olive oil tasting along with various typical Sicilian products. This experience will last a total of 4 hours.
