South Queensferry Walking Tour

At your chosen time, we'll meet at The Hawes Inn and set off on our walking tour of South Queensferry. We'll explore this town on the banks of the Firth of Forth.

As we begin our tour, we will learn about the significance of the famous Forth Bridge, a key construction in Scotland and the UK, recognized as a World Heritage Site.

We'll walk through South Queensferry, reviewing notable historical events. Strolling along the High Street, we will admire its colourful houses and reach the Jubilee Clock Tower, an unusual structure built in the 17th century featuring a four-faced clock, added later to commemorate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee.

Next, we will pass by the Priory Church of St. Mary of Mount Carmel and continue to South Queensferry Harbour, where our tour concludes after 1 hour of sightseeing.
