Kingston Art Galleries Tour
We’ll come and pick you up from your hotel and proceed to the port area of Kingston. Our first stop will be the National Gallery of Jamaica, the country’s most important art gallery. We will explore this gallery for an hour and a half, admiring its collection of works by Jamaican artists including Kapo Reynolds, Baugh Cecil, Albert Huie, Abrahams Carl, and Manley Edna.
At midday, you will have some free time for lunch (not included). Afterward, we will continue with the tour, focusing on street art where you can view the incredible murals that embellish the capital, offering insight into the country’s vibrant culture.
Next, we will visit the Grosvenor Gallery, which includes four halls with paintings, drawings, sculptures, and ceramic figures. The tour concludes with a visit to a local artist’s studio. Finally, we will drop you back at your hotel at around 6 pm.
