Enjoy the huge zero-entry pool with six wading pools that lead to a 50ft waterfall. The guided walk through the 250-year-old aqueduct, lime kiln, and aviary grounds is beautiful. The Appleton Rum Tasting Experience and History Museum leads you through the process of rum making and its history, while you sample several Appleton Rums. Rum, coffee, and Jamaican favorites can be found in the Gift Shop located in an old sugar factory.
