Day Trip to Kingston
Pickup from your hotel in Ocho Ríos is at 8 am, followed by a drive to Kingston.
After approximately an hour and a half, we will reach the Bob Marley Museum. Guided tours will explore Bob Marley's life and his music. This museum is an essential stop regardless of your familiarity with reggae.
Next, we will visit the Devon House area, an old colonial house built in 1881. You will have time to rest and try traditional Jamaican patties (food and drinks not included).
We will then head to the National Heroes Park, the largest open space in Kingston, where many national heroes are buried. This park has historical significance dating back to 1783.
Our final stop will be Downtown Kingston. Experience the vibrant streets and interact with members of a local NGO involved in an urban art project.
We will return to Ocho Ríos by around 5 pm.
