Asinara Offroad Day Trip

Explore a beautiful island north of Sardinia and its scenery on our Asinara Day Trip. We'll set off from Stintino and ride a jeep around Asinara's best sights, such as Campo Perdu and Cala Sabina.

Asinara Day Trip

At 9 am, we'll meet at the pier of Tanca Manna and board a boat to Asinara Island. After approximately 50 minutes, we'll arrive at the port of Asinara and hop into an offroading vehicle to explore the national reserve. During the tour, we will discover the island's natural beauty and history, stopping at various spots like Cala di Mackerel, the narrowest spot on the island, known for its geological formations called the Dwarfs.

Next, we'll drive to the center of Asinara and stop at Campo Perdu, a former prison converted into a riding school. We will then visit CRAMA, a sea turtle rescue centre, to learn about the care provided to injured sea turtles.

After CRAMA, we'll proceed to Cala Reale, which served as a maritime station in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Our final stops will be at Cala d'Oliva and Cala Sabina, home to one of the most notable beaches in Asinara.

After an enjoyable day, we will return to the port of Fornelli and take the boat back to Stintino, arriving at the pier by 5:45 pm.
