Enjoy a boat ride along the Djurgården canal. You will sail through an island with parks and forests, admiring the landscape of one of the greenest areas of Stockholm.

Boat Ride Details

This boat ride offers a chance to explore Stockholm by sailing along the Djurgården canal. You will board the boat at your selected time and depart from the pier to explore the Royal Canal.

The island has been part of the Royal Family since the 15th century and remains a green haven. The Royal Canal, built in 1834 by the Swedish king, enhances access to the island’s attractions. From the boat, you will see significant sites like the Stockholm Palace.

The journey provides views of a peaceful area of Stockholm. With audioguides in English, you will gain insights into the buildings and monuments encountered during the cruise. The island features parks, museums like Skansen and Vasa, boat wharfs, and lakes with herons and owls, along with the famous theme park Gröna Lund and the coasts of Södermalm and Östermalm.

After 1 hour, we will return to the starting pier.

The boat ride departs from two locations in Stockholm:

Pier of Skeppsbron, next to the monument to King Gustav IIIPier of Nybroviken, in Berzelii Park
