Explore some of Sweden's most important monuments on this tour of the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Drottningholm, and Skokloster Castle. You'll learn about Swedish royalty as you stroll through luxurious rooms.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Stockholm to start this tour of three significant castles and palaces in Sweden.

The first stop will be at the Royal Palace of Stockholm, which has more than 600 rooms and is one of the largest palaces in Europe, built at the end of the 18th century on the remains of a medieval castle.

Next, we'll visit Drottningholm Royal Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an excellent example of 17th-century architecture.

After a guided visit, we will go to the city of Sigtuna, where you will have approximately 1.5 hours of free time for lunch.

The final stop is Skokloster Castle, built on the ruins of an ancient convent of the Order of Cistercians. Here, we will explore its patio and view an exhibition of arms, books, and paintings.

After 8 hours of activity, we'll conclude this tour back at your hotel in Stockholm.
