When winter arrives in Alsace, its Christmas Markets bring charm to the region. Discover Riquewhir, Kaysersberg and Colmar on this excursion from Strasbourg.

Christmas Markets Tour

Winter brings a special time to Strasbourg. We will meet at 9 am in Parc de l'Étoile and board our minibus for a tour of the Christmas Markets in this region of France.

The first stop will be Riquewhir, where we will have an hour-and-a-half walking tour of its streets, admiring lights and decorations on its architecture. The town features Christmas handicraft shops, perfect for finding ornaments. Enjoy the seasonal foods in the markets, including pretzels and bredele de Noël, special gingerbread biscuits.

Next, we'll visit Kaysersberg, known for its Christmas transformation. The Kaysersberg Christmas market operates on all Advent weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). On weekdays, we will explore its historic center with half-timbered houses and cobblestone streets, offering views of the medieval castle.

At the end of the day, we will return to Strasbourg, arriving around 7:30 pm.
