When winter arrives in Alsace, its Christmas Markets bring festive charm. Discover Riquewhir, Kaysersberg and Colmar on this excursion from Strasbourg.

Christmas Markets Tour

The tour begins at 9 am in Parc de l'Étoile. Participants will travel by minibus to explore the Christmas Markets in Alsace. The first stop is Riquewhir, where an hour-and-a-half walking tour will showcase its decorated streets and architecture. Visitors can browse Christmas handicraft shops and purchase ornaments.

Seasonal foods sold at the markets include pretzels and bredele de Noël, traditional Alsatian gingerbread biscuits.

Next, the tour proceeds to Kaysersberg, known for its Christmas market, open on the four Advent weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. On weekdays, the historic center featuring half-timbered houses and cobblestone streets will be visited. Views of the medieval castle are also available from the village.

At approximately 7:30 pm, the group will return to Strasbourg.
