Description

This boat trip to the Borromean Islands is essential for any visit to Stresa, located in Italy's Piedmont region. This pass offers unlimited access to the boat for 1 full day, visiting three main islands: Isola Madre (Mother Island), Isola Bella (Beautiful Island), and Isola dei Pescatori (Fishermen's Island), each featuring unique attractions like a botanical garden, the Borromeo Palace, and the Bella Island Palace.

The boat departs from Stresa, first stopping at Isola Madre, then Isola dei Pescatori, and finally Isola Bella, before returning to Stresa. To travel from Isola dei Pescatori to Isola Madre, return to Stresa first and await the next boat.

Times & frequency

The tourist boat operates daily from March to November, approximately every 30 minutes from 9:30 am to 6 pm.

Please note:

The last departure for all three islands is at 1:45 pm.Final departure to Isola Madre is at 2:50 pm.Entry to palaces and gardens on Isola Bella and Isola Madre is from March 15 to November 5.Timetables may change.

How it works

This pass grants one day of access to the boat service from Stresa to the Borromean Islands. You can board and disembark at any stop during the schedule, but initial boarding must be at the selected time upon booking.

Partial closures

After November 2, the museums and gardens of Isla Bella and Isla Madre will be closed.
