Suances Bodyboarding Class

The bodyboarding class commences at your chosen time at the surf school on Calle Miguel de Delibes. Participants will travel to either La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on weather conditions, to learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding, which uses smaller and lighter boards for easier handling.

Prior to entering the water, participants will learn how to analyze beach conditions, sea currents, and winds—essential factors for bodyboarding. Safety measures will be discussed, followed by a quick warm-up on the sand.

When ready, participants will hit the water and begin riding the waves. Bodyboarding is accessible and the Cantabrian Sea provides an excellent environment for beginners, ensuring a fun experience.

At the conclusion of the activity, participants will return to the starting point and return the equipment.
