Suances Bodyboarding Class

The bodyboarding class starts at your chosen time at the surf school on Calle Miguel de Delibes. Participants will head to either La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on weather conditions, to learn basic techniques of bodyboarding. Bodyboards are easier to handle compared to surfboards due to their smaller and lighter design.

The session includes instruction on how to analyze beach conditions, sea currents, and winds, which are crucial for bodyboarding. Participants will also receive safety instructions and will perform a quick warm-up on the sand.

Once prepared, participants will enter the water to practice riding the waves. Bodyboarding is accessible and the Cantabrian Sea provides an ideal environment for beginners. At the end of the activity, participants will return to the starting point and return the equipment.
