Bodyboarding Class in Suances

The bodyboarding class will commence at a time that suits you at our surf school located on Calle Miguel de Delibes. Are you prepared to experience the waves of Cantabria?

We will first proceed to either La Concha or Los Locos beach, contingent upon the weather, where you will acquire the essential techniques of bodyboarding. Compared to surfboards, bodyboards are more compact and lightweight, making them easier to maneuver.

Prior to entering the water, you will also learn how to assess the beach's conditions, including sea currents and wind patterns—three crucial elements for bodyboarding! We will go over safety protocols and conduct a brief warm-up on the sand.

Once prepared, we will enter the water and begin riding the waves on our bodyboards. You’ll find that bodyboarding is simpler than it appears, with the Cantabrian Sea providing an ideal environment, ensuring a great time!

After the session concludes, we will return to the starting point to hand back the equipment.
