Join us for a bodyboarding class in Suances where you will learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding at either La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on weather conditions. Bodyboarding is easier than surfing due to the smaller and lighter bodyboards used. Before hitting the waves, we will teach you how to analyze beach conditions, sea currents, and winds, followed by a quick warm-up on the sand and an overview of safety measures.

Once prepared, we will venture into the Cantabrian Sea to ride the waves on our bodyboards. The Cantabrian Sea provides an ideal setting for this activity, ensuring a fun experience for all participants.
