Half-Day Tour
At your chosen time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Sucre and drive to the Quechua village of Tarabuco, observing the Bolivian plains along the way.
Tarabuco is known for its traditional market, where the Yampara Indigenous community sells products every Sunday. We will discover bartering and other traditional customs during our visit.
We'll explore the market, browsing shops that sell food, textiles, and handicrafts, learning about the history of the Yampara civilization. After 4 hours in Tarabuco, we will return to Sucre.
Full-Day Tour
For a longer experience, choose the full-day tour. After hotel pick up in Sucre, we'll drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to Tarabuco.
At the Tarabuco Market, you'll see Yampara families in traditional clothing every Sunday. They buy, sell, and exchange local products. After exploring the stalls, we will have lunch at a local restaurant, which includes a starter, main course, and dessert.
