Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we will meet at the Terminal Terrestre in Sucre. From there, you will board a sleeper bus equipped with 160° reclinable seats that will take you to Uyuni while you rest comfortably.

Upon arrival in Uyuni in the morning, you will meet a local guide who will take you to a cafe for breakfast. If needed, hostel recommendations can be provided until the tour begins.

After breakfast, you will visit the Train Cemetery for 1.5 hours. The tour continues to the village of Colchani, where you will explore Salar de Uyuni. The journey includes stops at artisanal workshops and a small-scale rustic table salt processor.

The tour will proceed to Ojos del Salar and the Hotel Sal de Playa Blanca, currently a museum. Next, you will visit the famous Isla Incahuasi, which features marine rock fossils and giant cacti.

To conclude the day, you will witness the sunset at Salar de Uyuni before returning to Uyuni. After this 9-hour trip, you will depart at the bus station in Uyuni or your chosen drop-off location.

The bus departs from Sucre to Uyuni at 8 pm.The tour ends in Uyuni, not Sucre. We recommend staying in Uyuni or booking a return bus to Sucre departing after 8 pm.
