On this tour of Suva, we'll visit the most important spots in the Fijian capital, which will be a mix of colonial buildings with modern ones!
Tour of Suva
After picking you up from your selected meeting point in Suva, we'll climb aboard our vehicle for an immersive sightseeing tour around the capital city of Fiji. Buckle up!
First, we'll enjoy a calm drive through the city’s suburbs, pausing in front of the Great Council of Chiefs and the Parliament House for photos. Here, we will experience a fire walking show, a sacred tradition of the island. Then, we'll proceed to the Museum of Fiji, making stops along the way for additional photographs.
The museum, founded in 1904 and now located in Thurston Gardens, showcases significant moments in Fijian history, including exhibitions on cannibalism and ancient pottery artifacts. A notable exhibit is a 13-meter-long (42-foot) double-hulled canoe.
Following our museum visit, you will have free time to explore local shops and engage with vendors before we conclude the tour and return to the starting point after 3 to 4 hours.
