At the indicated time, we'll meet at base camp located 46 km (28 miles) from Höfn, to start a 4x4 tour of Iceland's black sand beaches. This tour showcases the area's natural beauty.

After a brief introduction, we'll board a 4x4 and head to the black sand beaches in Suðurfjörur. Along the way, we'll admire the ruins of the first local airport and the Hvanneyjarviti lighthouse, a great photo opportunity.

The tour will continue to Höfn port, where seals may be seen as we take in the views of the surrounding mountains. Next, we'll explore the area's black sand beaches to discover a unique landscape in Iceland.

Before concluding our adventure, we'll stop at a glacial lagoon near Fláajökull or Heinabergsjökull, known for a herd of reindeer. It promises to be an engaging experience.

We'll return to base camp after a 3-hour tour.
