At the agreed time, we will convene in front of the Gerði Guesthouse. Once all participants have arrived, our guide will provide essential instructions on managing the kayaks and outline the necessary safety protocols to ensure a secure outing.

Next, we will proceed to the remarkable Vatnajökull glacier lagoon, renowned as one of Iceland's most significant glaciers. Upon reaching the lagoon's edge, we will commence our kayaking journey, paddling through the crystal-clear water while soaking in the spectacular panoramic vistas of the spring and its nearby landscapes.

From our unique vantage point, we will have the chance to observe the Vatnajökull glacier up close. This moment will allow you to truly grasp the vastness of this ice giant, which remarkably covers 10% of Iceland’s land area. It is an awe-inspiring sight!

We will conclude our excursion by returning to the starting point after an exhilarating 3.5 hours of exploration.
