Description

At your chosen time, we'll meet in front of the Gerði Guesthouse. Once everyone's arrived, the guide will provide tips on how to handle the kayaks and explain safety measures that must be followed.

We'll then head to the lagoon of the Vatnajökull glacier, an important and famous glacier in Iceland. When we reach the shore, we will start our kayak tour and row through the icy water, admiring panoramic views of the spring and its surroundings.

We'll contemplate the Vatnajökull glacier from a privileged perspective, allowing appreciation of its enormous dimensions. It occupies 10% of the country's surface area.

The tour will finish as we return to the starting point after 3.5 hours of adventure.

Kayaks

The kayaks can be single or double. This depends on the availability of kayaks on the day of booking and your skill in handling them.
