West Glacial River Rafting

At 9:30 am, we'll meet at Varmahlíð 560 and then drive in a minibus to the shore of the West Glacier River.

After arriving, we'll gear up with wetsuits, helmets, and life jackets. Following the guides' instructions, we'll hop aboard the rafts.

During the descent of the West Glacier River, we'll navigate through the many rapids of the canyon. A stop will be made halfway down, where participants can jump off the cliffs if they choose.

We'll conclude the water experience and change into dry clothes before returning to the starting point, arriving at Varmahlíð at approximately 12:30 pm.
