Immerse yourself in the bewitching dance of the aurora borealis on this northern lights tour in Gimsøya. We'll navigate the Lofoten Islands and capture the best pictures of this stunning natural phenomenon.

Northern Lights Photography Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Svolvær at 8:30 pm and head towards the island of Gimsøya, in the western part of the Lofoten Islands archipelago.

After approximately 40 minutes of driving, we'll arrive at the first stop, Gimsøy Kirke, an ideal location to experience the Northern Lights. We will share insider tips to capture the lights across the night sky.

We'll continue through Gimsøya, making stops at various beaches and viewpoints to enjoy the aurora borealis from different perspectives.

During the final stretch, we'll head south across the Gimsøya bridge to Lyngvær, our last observation point. Here, we will marvel at the Northern Lights and discuss the science behind them before returning to the starting point.

We will conclude the tour and return you to your hotel in Svolvær at approximately 1:30 am.
