At the established time, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Swakopmund and set off towards the Namib, the oldest desert in the world. Upon arrival, you will receive all necessary equipment to surf the dunes.

Sandboarding offers a unique way to experience the desert, home to some of the highest sand dunes in the world. You will have the opportunity to try six types of different slopes, allowing you to choose based on your skill level, whether you are a beginner or more experienced.

If you prefer not to stand on the sandboard, you can opt for lie down sandboarding. This option includes a special board that allows you to slide face-first down the dunes, achieving speeds of up to 50 miles per hour (80 kilometers per hour).

You will ascend and descend the dunes several times, followed by a chance to enjoy traditional snacks before returning to your hotel in Swakopmund.
