On this day trip to Canberra from Sydney, we'll travel to the capital of Australia and discover places such as the Australian War Memorial and the Parliament.

Description

We'll pick you up at the Holiday Inn Darling Harbor in Sydney at the indicated time and head south. Enjoy the picturesque scenery as we make our way to Canberra, Australia's capital city.

After approximately 3.5 hours, we'll arrive in Canberra and begin our exploration. We’ll take a 1-hour drive past significant landmarks and buildings with unique architectural designs while admiring the city's special layout.

Around midday, we'll stop at a restaurant for lunch. An all-you-can-eat buffet is recommended to refuel for the rest of the day.

Next, we'll visit Australia's Parliament House, where you can view the seat of government and its modern architecture, inaugurated by Elizabeth II in 1988, which has witnessed key moments in the country's history.

Then, we’ll head to Lake Burley Griffin to see the Captain Cook Memorial, along with other iconic sites like the Supreme Court and the War Memorial, dedicated to Australians who lost their lives in wars.

Afterward, we'll go to Mount Ainslie Lookout for panoramic views of the Australian capital. Finally, we’ll return to Sydney, concluding the trip after 12 hours.
