Free Tour of Sydney

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Wharf 6, along the Circular Quay, to start our free tour of Sydney.

First, we will spot the Metropolitan St. Mary's Cathedral, dedicated to Sydney's patron saint. Its origins date back to the 19th century, and we will discuss its history as we make our way into the old part of the city.

Next, we will stroll past St. James' Church towards Martin Place, which houses the Reserve Bank of Australia. We will learn about its links to the Commonwealth as we continue walking to the Sydney Harbour waterfront.

From here, we will explore The Rocks, a neighborhood with some of the oldest pubs in the city, featuring narrow streets and views of the Bay Bridge.

Then, we will admire the exterior of the Sydney Opera House, a World Heritage Site building inaugurated in 1973 and a symbol of Australia.

Finally, after 2 to 3 hours of sightseeing, we will conclude the tour.

Groups

This free tour does not permit groups of more than six people, even if they book separately. For larger groups, we recommend a private tour of Sydney.
