Tabernas Desert Jeep Tour

We'll meet at the Repsol Service Station on the A-92 in Tabernas, to board an all-terrain vehicle for a tour of the Tabernas Desert.

We will soon enter the landscapes of the Tabernas Desert Natural Park, characterised by erosion-formed rock formations known as "badlands".

Throughout the tour, we will make several stops to explore the geology of Tabernas. The climate is extreme (over 3,000 hours of sunshine annually and less than 300 millimeters of rain), resulting in a desert-like landscape.

During the tour, we will uncover some secrets of western movies. Director Sergio Leone selected these landscapes for films like "Death had a Price" and "The Good, the Ugly and the Bad", featuring Clint Eastwood. Anecdotes from the filming process will also be shared, highlighting the desert landscape’s significance.

After approximately 2 hours, we will return to the starting point.
