Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in Tacna at 9 am, where we will embark on an extensive tour focusing on the key events that shaped Peru's history.

The initial segment of our adventure involves delving into the timeline of Tacna's involvement in conflict, as we visit pivotal locations linked to its historical episodes: the Municipal Theater, previously a field hospital; the Casa de la Jurídica, site of Chile's surrender of the city to Peru; and the residence of independence advocate Francisco Antonio de Zela.

Our next destination is Campo de la Alianza, the battleground where Peruvian and Chilean forces clashed for dominion over the area. Here, we will explore the Museum of Arms to view various historical artifacts from the conflict, as well as the adjacent cemetery.

Continuing with a panoramic excursion, we will admire Tacna's major monuments, such as the cathedral, the fountain of the Greek Gods, and the Parabolic Arch, a tribute to the heroes of the War of the Pacific.

During this tour, we will also traverse Bolognesi Avenue, explore the Botanical Garden, and visit the bustling commercial area. The day's itinerary includes a visit to a local pisco distillery for a tasting experience in the picturesque countryside surrounding Tacna!

Following this, a stop at a family ranch awaits, where you can savor a traditional pastel de choclo (corn pie). Once we've enjoyed this culinary delight, we will head to the Miculla petroglyphs to contemplate the mysteries behind these intriguing zoomorphic engravings.

Afterward, we will traverse the renowned suspension bridge of Miculla to reach the thermal baths of Calientes, offering you a chance to relax in the area's natural pools.
