On this tour, we will visit two distilleries to learn how grapes are distilled into pisco. You will also taste some pisco in both locations, along with apricot and plum macerate, traditional drinks from this region.

Pisco Tour and Workshop

This option includes a visit to a distillery and a vineyard where farmers explain the grape planting and harvesting processes. You will learn that only eight types of pisco grapes are recognized worldwide. After tasting piscos and apricot macerates, you will participate in a workshop to mix cocktails using pisco as a base, learning recipes to recreate them at home.
