Come and see the marine wildlife off the Canadian coast on this whale watching boat trip from Tadoussac in Quebec.
Whale Watching Boat Trip
At your chosen time, we'll set sail from the Tadoussac pier to search for the cetaceans inhabiting this area. We will travel on a comfortable boat along the confluence of the Saguenay and St. Lawrence Rivers, within the Saguenay-Saint-Laurent Marine National Park, which hosts one of Canada's largest whale populations.
A nature guide will provide information about the marine life observed during the tour. We’ll learn to distinguish the Canadian whales based on their size and skin tone.
You can photograph the whales in their natural habitat from the panoramic deck while maintaining a safe distance to minimize disturbance to the ecosystem. The tour lasts three hours, concluding with a return to the departure pier.
Important: Boat Ticket Collection Point
One hour before departure, collect your boat tickets at Rue des Pionniers, 177. After collecting your tickets, you can travel by car or walk (20 minutes) to the port of Tadoussac. Arrive at the quay at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Ride on a Zodiac
If preferred, you can book a zodiac ride with whale watching.
Please note
The Tadoussac coast is one of the best locations in Canada for viewing whales, dolphins, and related marine wildlife. Observe that animal sightings depend on weather conditions and breeding seasons of the species.
