During the booking process, you'll be able to choose between two different options:
2-hour Tour
At the designated time, we'll meet up at the MRT Daqiaotou subway stop. We'll then proceed to Dadaocheng, known for having the highest concentration of traditional stores in Taipei. The streets include Chinese medicine shops, spice emporiums, and traditional clothing boutiques, with modern businesses emerging in the neighborhood. Our final stop will be at the Temple of the city's God, known locally as Xiahai, which embodies Taipei's authentic essence and has been a city landmark for over a century.
4-hour Tour
The 4-hour tour extends your experience with additional stops. Following the initial itinerary, we will continue to the Confucius Temple, decorative with ceramic appliqués and featuring a door plaque that reads, "Educate without discrimination." We will then visit the Baoan Temple, a significant yet less frequented religious shrine in Taipei, allowing for a more intimate exploration.
Advantages of a private tour
By booking a private tour, a personal guide will accompany you, allowing you to customize your itinerary, travel at your own pace, and potentially save money if you're in a larger group.
