Learn about Taiwan's tea culture and admire one of this country's most spectacular landscapes on this tour to Pinglin and Elephant Mountain from Taipei.

We'll meet you at the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng metro station at 8 am and set off for the Pinglin district, only half an hour away.

Pinglin is an important area for tea production. Our first stop will be a local farm to learn about tea, followed by a visit to the Thousand Islands Lake to admire its scenery.

After taking pictures at the lake, we'll head to Tofu Street, known for its specialty, stinky tofu.

Before returning to your hotel in Taipei, we'll hike up Elephant Mountain, named for its elephant-shaped silhouette. From the top, you’ll enjoy views of the city and Taipei 101.

After the hike, we will return to the bus and drop you back at the starting point in Taipei between 4 and 4.30 pm.
