This service provides a comfortable and quick way to travel from the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport to the main station in Taipei, with journey times ranging from 40 to 55 minutes.

Train Services Overview

You can book either a one-way ticket from the airport or a round-trip ticket. Options include the Express Route with direct service to Taipei's main station or the Suburban Train Route, which stops in Taoyuan, New Taipei City, and Taipei City. This ticket is valid only for non-Taiwanese citizens.

On your travel day, redeem your voucher at the designated ticket desks at the Taoyuan Airport MRT to receive coins needed for metro access. The magnetic coin must be validated within a month, and lost coins cannot be reissued.

Schedule and Frequency

The Taoyuan Airport MRT features two routes:

Express Route: operates daily from 5:57 am to 9:55 pm, with trains every 30 minutes, taking 36 to 40 minutes.Suburban Train Route: operates daily from 6:04 am to 11:37 pm, with trains every 15 minutes, taking 50 to 55 minutes.
