Overview of Train Services

During your booking process, you will have the option to select a one-way ticket from the airport or a round-trip ticket. You might prefer the Express Route, which provides direct access to Taipei’s main station, or the Suburban Train Route, which makes stops in Taoyuan, New Taipei City, and Taipei City.

It is important to note that this ticket is applicable exclusively for non-Taiwanese citizens.

Operating Schedule and Frequency

The Taoyuan Airport MRT features two main routes:

Express Route: available daily from 5:57 am to 9:55 pm, with train intervals of 30 minutes, covering the journey in between 36 and 40 minutes.Suburban Train Route: runs daily from 6:04 am to 11:37 pm, with trains every 15 minutes, lasting between 50 and 55 minutes for the trip.
