On this day trip to Jägala Waterfall, we'll visit the largest natural waterfall in Estonia, a key attraction near Tallinn.
Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the tourist information center in Tallinn and travel to the Jägala Waterfall, located in the most renowned karstic area of Estonia.
After a 30-minute journey, we'll arrive at the waterfall, which transforms dramatically in lower temperatures, even freezing. As the largest waterfall in Estonia, you'll experience its majesty while strolling the area.
Throughout the trip, you will learn about the waterfall's characteristics and history, including how the force of the water causes the border to recede 3 cm per year, necessitating the creation of a valley in the region. If conditions permit, we will have the opportunity to observe the ice formations closely.
After exploring the Jägala Waterfall, a picnic-style lunch will be provided, allowing you to taste local products along with a hot drink.
We will conclude the trip after 2 hours, returning to the starting point for farewells.
