On this tour, you'll explore one of the most beautiful natural areas in Estonia, admiring the landscapes of Lahemaa and its nearby villages.

Tour Details

We'll begin our journey at the Tallinn Tourist Information Office, located in the historic heart of Estonia's capital.

Our road trip lasts about an hour, passing through the landscapes surrounding the Jägala waterfall. Depending on the season, our first stop will be either Sagadi or Palmse Manor, part of a complex that also houses the Forest Museum. At both locations, you’ll learn about the local wildlife and plants of Lahemaa National Park.

Next, we’ll visit the fishing village of Altja or Käsmu, depending on the time of year. Both villages are on Lahemaa's eastern coast and provide a glimpse into local life, with opportunities to explore the surrounding forests and marshes.

Our final stop will be a walk through the Viru Bog, where a boardwalk leads us to an observation tower. From there, you'll enjoy views of the dense vegetation and the clear waters of the pools.

After our walk, we’ll return to Tallinn, with the tour lasting approximately seven hours.
