On this tour, you'll explore one of the most beautiful natural areas in Estonia, admiring the landscapes of Lahemaa and nearby villages.

Tour Details

We'll begin at the Tallinn Tourist Information Office, located in the historic center of Estonia's capital.

The road trip lasts about one hour, passing through the landscapes surrounding the Jägala waterfall. Depending on the season, our first stop will be either Sagadi or Palmse Manor, part of a complex that includes the Forest Museum. At both locations, you will learn about the local wildlife and plants of Lahemaa National Park.

Next, we’ll visit either the fishing village of Altja or Käsmu, also depending on the season. Both villages are located on Lahemaa's eastern coast, offering a glimpse into local life and opportunities to explore surrounding forests and marshes.

Our final stop will be a walk through the Viru Bog, where a boardwalk leads to an observation tower, providing views of the dense vegetation contrasted with the clear waters of the pools.

After our walk, we’ll return to Tallinn, finishing the tour in about seven hours.
