Lake Sandoval Amazon Trek

Pickup from your hotel to Tambopata National Reserve, a 10-minute drive. Begin a 3-kilometer trek through Amazonian flora and fauna, potentially encountering monkeys, reptiles, Ara parrots, and hawks. After the trek, board a canoe to explore Lake Sandoval, an important protected area in Peru, where you may see giant river otters and black caimans.

Enjoy a typical Peruvian lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Puerto Maldonado. You will be dropped back at your hotel approximately 8 hours after pickup.
