The Stavanger tourist bus makes 10 stops at main attractions, featuring English-language audio commentary on the landmarks visible from the bus. Notable stops include Stavanger Cathedral, the Petroleum Museum, the Old Town, and the Cruise Terminal.

How it Works

The ticket is valid for 24 consecutive hours from first use. For example, if activated on Monday at 3 pm, it is valid until Tuesday at 3 pm. During this period, you can hop on and off at any designated stop, allowing for exploration of the 2008 European Capital of Culture at your own pace.

Important Information

When reserving, you’ll specify an initiation date. You have 3 months from that date to activate your pass. After reservation, a voucher will be sent by email to present when accessing the bus for the first time.

Times and Frequency

The sightseeing bus operates between 10 am and 4 pm, with departures every 30 minutes. The complete journey lasts 50 minutes.
