Ready to spend a day exploring the stunning Moroccan coastline? Join us on this excursion to visit Cape Spartel, the Hercules Caves, and the city of Asilah!

Tour Details

At the designated time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Tangier for a day trip along the Moroccan coastline. This full-day adventure will take us to Cape Spartel, the Hercules Caves, and the town of Asilah.

Our first stop is Cape Spartel, where the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean meet. After a 30-minute drive, we’ll arrive at this site, where the iconic lighthouse offers views of the Moroccan coastline.

To experience the beauty of Cape Spartel, we’ll enjoy a 15-minute camel ride along the beach.

Next, we’ll visit the Hercules Caves, known as “The Map of Africa.” According to legend, Hercules spent a night here, and the grotto is rich in history.

Our journey continues to Asilah. During a guided tour, you’ll explore the Medina and its history and cultural heritage, including the El Raisuni Palace and the centuries-old walls from Portuguese rule in the 15th century. Afterward, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch at your leisure.

Before the end of the tour, you'll have an hour and a half of free time in the Medina of Tangier to explore. We’ll finish the tour by taking you back to your hotel 7 hours after the initial pickup.
