On this guided tour of Tangier, you'll discover its colourful streets and admire iconic landmarks such as the Kasbah.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Lalla Abla Mosque to begin the guided tour of Tangier. After admiring the mosque's façade and learning its history, we'll walk to the first wall of the Kasbah for insight into its historical and cultural context.

Next, we'll visit the impressive Hôtel Continental and its museum, located in Tangier's Medina. This building dates back to the end of the 19th century and showcases a blend of Muslim and European styles. Notably, some scenes from El tiempo entre costuras were filmed here.

Following this, we'll proceed to the Small Souk, a lively historical square, before heading to the old Spanish residential area to visit the Al-Batuta Cemetery, which provides a unique perspective on Tangier's history.

In the final part of the tour, we'll explore the French part of the city, seeing the French Consulate and the renowned Grand Café de Paris. Our tour will conclude at Mendoubia Park and the Notre Dame Cathedral.

We will end the tour with farewells in front of the Saint Andrew's Church after a duration of 3 hours.
