Tour Details

At the chosen time, we'll meet at the Port Mosque to start this guided tour of Tangier. First, we'll dive into the Medina by walking through one of its traditional gates, where you'll feel the lively atmosphere of its bustling squares.

Next, we'll visit the Kasbah, where the main square and the Bab Al Bahr sea viewpoint provide a view of the Strait, along with walls reminiscent of the old Sultan's palace.

We will then head toward the heart of the Medina, passing by the Kasbah Mosque and Bab El Aassa, one of the fortress's famous gates.

The tour continues through the iconic settings of bohemian Tangier, including Café Baba and the former residence of Barbara Hutton, significant to the city's cosmopolitan history.

We will explore the Spice Market, then move on to the vibrant Grand Socco. After visiting the central market and a brief tour of the old Jewish quarter, we'll head to the busy street leading to Petit Socco, an intimate square popular with locals.

Finally, after a three-hour tour, we'll conclude near the Grand Mosque of Tangier, at the Terrasse Borj al-Hajouir.
