At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Largo Giove Serapide of Taormina, where the restaurant for this Italian pizza workshop is located.

We'll start by selecting the ingredients needed to prepare the pizzas. Participants will learn about the secret to making the perfect dough, the best type of flour or yeast, and the ideal kneading technique.

Using a rolling pin, participants will shape their creations before adding sauces, cheeses, and other ingredients to create pizzas. We will then place them in the wood-fired oven and let them cook while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Afterwards, we will sit at the table to enjoy the pizzas, which will be complemented by soft drinks, wine, and water. This rewarding meal will wrap up after 2.5 hours of activity.
