Taormina Pizza Workshop

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Largo Giove Serapide of Taormina, where the pizza workshop will take place.

We will begin by selecting the ingredients needed for the pizza preparation. The workshop will cover the secrets of making the perfect dough, the best type of flour and yeast, and the ideal kneading technique.

Using a rolling pin, we will shape our pizzas before adding sauces, cheeses, and other toppings. We'll then bake them in a wood-fired oven while enjoying a cup of coffee.

After baking, we will sit down to enjoy our pizzas, accompanied by soft drinks, wine, and water as part of the meal. This activity will last for 2.5 hours, culminating in a rewarding experience of pizza-making.
