Join us on an adventure through the Peruvian jungle on our Pucayaquillo Waterfall Day Trip from Tarapoto.

Pucayaquillo Waterfall Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Tarapoto at the scheduled time and depart in our minibus to the natural park where the Pucayaquillo Waterfall is located.

Upon arrival, we will start a 45-minute hike in the surrounding area. As we walk through the Peruvian jungle, you will enjoy the peaceful environment and birdsong.

Next, the 66-foot (20-meter) high Pucayaquillo Waterfall will come into view. You will have 30 minutes of free time to take a dip and relax on the rocks under the waterfall.

Afterward, we will walk for another 45 minutes to Pumarinri, a lodge in the jungle with views of the Huallaga River. At the lodge, you will have a main course and a drink for lunch. Following lunch, you'll have 30 minutes to swim in the pool at the lodge.

We will then return to Tarapoto, where you will be dropped off back at your hotel approximately six hours after departure.
