Guayaquil Historical Park Tour + Catamaran Ride

The Guayaquil Historical Park and Santay Island are two locations featured in this tour, including a catamaran ride.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Historical Park Pier in Guayaquil to begin our tour to two natural sites in the city.

We will first travel by bus to the Guayaquil Historical Park, situated on the banks of the Daule River and covering approximately 8 hectares. The park is rich in Ecuadorian flora and fauna, where we will hike along trails to observe various bird and animal species.

After visiting the park, we will explore the cacao exhibition, learning how cacao is extracted and transformed into chocolate, with an opportunity to taste a cup of chocolate.

Following this, we will travel to Santa Ana Harbour to board a catamaran to Santay Island, where we can walk around and appreciate its diverse fauna and flora, including mammals, reptiles, birds, and various native and tropical trees.

Finally, we will enjoy a typical island lunch consisting of fried fish with battered potatoes, house sauce, and a coffee or juice.

The tour will conclude at the starting point after a total duration of 6 hours.
