Activity Details

Tarifa offers the opportunity to spot various marine mammals living in the wild. The waters of the Strait of Gibraltar are home to three different species of dolphins: the common dolphin, the striped dolphin, and the bottlenose dolphin; as well as different species of whales like sperm whales, pilot whales, and fin whales.

After meeting at Tarifa port, you'll board a boat for your whale and dolphin watching adventure. During the cruise, you'll observe these creatures as they approach and swim alongside the boat.

Your expert biologist guides will assist in identifying the animals and provide interesting facts about them.

The activity lasts two hours, concluding with a farewell at the departure pier.
