First, we'll visit the Paleontological and Archaeological Museum of Tarija in the city center. Here, we will learn about the large mammals that lived in this area of Bolivia over 250,000 years ago, including mastodons and glyptodonts.

Next, we will proceed to the Valley of the Giants. In this area, we'll tour the Rujero gullies, a prominent fossil site where remains of prehistoric animals can be found.

We will conclude our tour at the Angostura canyon, an impressive landscape contributing to the fertile valley of Tarija. After approximately 4 hours of exploration, we will take you back to your hotel.
