With this 3-day tour through the valleys of Tarija, we'll explore meadows, fern forests, and pampas. Activities include horseback riding and hiking trails.

Tarija Valleys 3-Day Tour

Day 1

Pickup from your hotel will be at 5 am to commence this tour of the valleys surrounding Tarija. We will travel for three hours through Entre Rios and Valle del Medio, showcasing extensive meadows and forests in the Cercado province. Along the way, we will stop for scenic views and a picnic lunch.

You will have the afternoon free for activities such as horseback riding, swimming in the river, or hiking trails, and will dine independently at a local restaurant in the valley. We will then transfer you to the El Paraíso del Tordo resort for overnight accommodation.

Day 2

We will depart early for Salinas, known for its pampas and rivers. After touring the area, we will enjoy a picnic lunch. Following a sunset view over the mountains, we will return to the lodge. Dinner can be sampled in the center of Tarija by taxi.

Day 3

The final day offers a free morning for a leisurely breakfast and a walk in the valley or to relax in the eco-tourism complex. After lunch, we will return to Tarija at a previously agreed time.

This tour includes two nights at the Paraíso del Tordo ecotourism complex.

Pickup is included from hotels in the centre of Tarija; accommodations outside the centre must reach the meeting point on Bolivar street.
