3-Day Tour of Tarija Valleys

Day 1

Your experience begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel at 5 am. This expedition leads you through the enchanting landscapes encircling Tarija, making the early rise worthwhile—after all, the early adventurer finds the finest gems!

You'll spend approximately three hours traversing through Entre Rios and Valle del Medio, renowned for their vast meadows and verdant forests that characterize the province of Cercado. Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the valleys, filled with lush greens, majestic mountains, and expansive pampas.

Throughout the journey, we will pause to appreciate the breathtaking scenery and enjoy a delightful picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you'll have the freedom to explore, engage in activities like horseback riding, swimming in the river, or hiking, and savor dinner at your leisure in a local restaurant within the valley.

As the day concludes, we will transfer to the El Paraíso del Tordo resort, a cozy retreat nestled within a private reserve by the Salinas River, where you'll unwind in comfortable accommodations.

Day 2

The day starts early as we head to Salinas, a region marked by verdant pampas and crystal-clear waterways. After immersing yourself in the stunning natural surroundings, a picnic lunch awaits before continuing to explore this subtropical haven.

As the sun descends, casting beautiful hues across the mountains, we will return to the lodge. For dinner, consider a taxi ride into the heart of Tarija to delve into the local culinary delights.

Day 3

As is often said, all wonderful journeys draw to a close. On the last day, relish a leisurely breakfast and take a stroll through the valley or simply unwind in the eco-tourism complex, which features communal spaces and a tranquil environment surrounded by nature. After lunch, we will make our way back to Tarija at a pre-arranged time.

Your stay includes two nights at the Paraíso del Tordo ecotourism complex.

Pickup

The tour includes pickup from hotels located in the center of Tarija. If your accommodation is situated outside the central areas, please make your way to the designated meeting point on Bolivar Street.
