Itinerary Overview:

We will gather at the specified hour in Tarma's Plaza de Armas, where you'll board a cozy minibus to start our journey northeast towards the captivating landscapes of Bajo Toterani.

During our trip, we will pause at several charming lookout sites, providing the chance to soak in enchanting vistas of the Peruvian jungle. The first of these stops will be at the Carpapata viewpoint, which presents a stunning juxtaposition of the vibrant jungle and the high-altitude terrain of the Junin region.

We will then visit the breathtaking Cabello del Angel waterfall, a site that promises to leave you speechless. After experiencing the waterfall's splendor, we will proceed to San Ramon, a city nestled at the junction of the Tarma and Tulumayo rivers, surrounded by spectacular natural beauty.

Our next adventure invites you on a hike to the Ducha del Diablo waterfall starting from San Ramon. Here, enjoy some leisure time to relax and take a swim while soaking in the surroundings. We will then resume our journey, passing through the Virgin tunnel as we make our way to La Merced.

In La Merced, you'll have the opportunity to taste some organic ice cream—a refreshing way to cool down. Next, we will cross the Kimiri suspension bridge, providing excellent views of the hill known as the Sleeping Indian.

As we arrive in Bajo Toterani, you will enjoy an hour of leisure to have lunch at a nearby restaurant. Following this break, let’s take a hike to the stunning Boca Tigre waterfall, celebrated as one of the most picturesque in the area. Here, you’ll have time to swim and explore the enchanting environment at your own pace.

Ultimately, our return trip will take us back to Tarma, concluding our full-day adventure after roughly 12 hours.
