Description

Meet us at the Plaza de Armas at the designated time to commence our tour, during which we'll explore the key tourist attractions of Tarma and Huaricolca.

Our first stop is in front of the Cathedral of Tarma to admire its façade, located in the heart of Plaza de Armas. Next, we'll visit the Lomo de Elefante viewpoint, situated between Tarma and Huaricolca, offering a panorama of the natural landscapes.

We'll continue to the Museum of Huaricolca, which highlights the historical legacy of the Junín province with collections from the Paleolithic era to the Inca period. Following the museum visit, we'll explore the Mamahuari Cave, known for its legends.

Next, we will head to the Stone Guardians and the cave paintings of Pintishmachay, some of the oldest in Peru. Afterward, a visit to the Chapel of San Juan Pata, and the Colcas de Huaricolca (storehouses) will follow, concluding our tour at the Acllana Huarmihuasi.
