On this excursion to Barcelona, we'll discover the highlights of the capital of Catalonia. The Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, the Boqueria Market, and the Gothic Quarter await us!
Description
Between 8 and 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Tarragona and head towards Barcelona. After an hour and a half drive, we'll start a guided tour. First, we'll visit Passeig de Gràcia, seeing Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.
Next, we'll walk through the Gothic Quarter, visiting the Boqueria Market, the old Jewish quarter, Plaza de San Jaime, and the Cathedral. This walk will take us to Plaza Colón and Port Vell, the endpoint of Las Ramblas.
You'll have 1 hour of free time for lunch in a local restaurant. Afterward, we will visit the Sagrada Familia, allowing you to explore this work of Gaudí and its interior without a guide.
We will also visit Park Güell, where you can explore the park without a guide and at your own pace.
To conclude our tour, we'll go to the Plaza de España, home to the Venetian Towers, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, and the Fountains of Montjuïc.
Finally, we will return to Tarragona, arriving back at approximately 6 pm.
