The ancient Roman city of Tarragona was a significant region of the Roman Empire, extending to the Mediterranean. Today, it is among the 15 Spanish cities recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

An engaging way to explore this historical provincial capital is through an adventure quest. Navigate Tarragona's iconic monuments while discovering the tales and heritage of the Roman Empire in southern Catalonia.

This self-guided tour is facilitated by a free mobile app, which provides instructions to solve various mysteries, riddles, puzzles, and other challenges, illuminating Tarragona's history. Starting at Roser's Gateway, the route includes significant landmarks such as Tarragona Cathedral, Roman Amphitheater, Plaça dels Sedassos, and the Mediterranean Balcony. The quest lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours, concluding at Plaça del Pallol.
