Private 3 Day Tour to Samarkand and Bukhara
Day 1: Tashkent to Samarkand
Your adventure will begin with a pickup from your hotel or Tashkent airport after 9 am, followed by a journey to Tashkent Central Station. There, we will board a high-speed train for a swift ride to Samarkand, arriving at this UNESCO World Heritage site in just over two hours.
Our exploration of Samarkand will begin at the impressive Guri Emir mausoleum, followed by a visit to the stunning Registan Square, where you can marvel at three remarkable madrasahs: Ulughbek, Shirdar, and Tillakori. We will also visit the Shahi Zindah necropolis and the grand Bibi Khanum Mosque, so be ready to capture these sights!
After a delightful lunch, we will visit the lively Siyab Bazaar, a market filled with aromatic spices, beautiful textiles, and other intriguing items.
By around 4 pm, we will check into your hotel, allowing you some free time to relax or wander the city at your own pace.
Day 2: Samarkand to Bukhara
The following day, at 8 am, we'll travel to the Samarkand train station. A quick 40-minute train journey will bring us to Bukhara, celebrated for its rich cultural diversity.
Get ready for an insightful guided tour as we explore the Naqshbandi memorial complex, the Chor Bakr necropolis, and the elegant Sitorai Mohi-Hosa Palace. Throughout our journey, we will uncover the city's fascinating history and its significance in the Islamic world.
After our tour, we will take you back to your hotel, providing a chance to relax or further discover Bukhara independently.
Day 3: Bukhara to Tashkent
On the final day, we will dedicate time to explore more of Bukhara’s historic monuments. The ancient quarter of the city has received World Heritage Site recognition, highlighting its artistic and cultural significance.
Throughout the day, you will have the chance to visit remarkable sites such as the mausoleum of Ismail Samani, the Bolo Hauz Mosque, the Madrasa of Abdul Aziz Khan, the Masjidi Kalyan complex, and the storied Arq Fortress.
After enjoying lunch, we will head to the Bukhara train station to make our way back to the capital. You can expect to arrive at your Tashkent hotel by 7 pm.
