Itinerary

We will convene at Taupo Harbour at the designated time, where you will board a sailboat destined for one of the most picturesque sunset viewpoints in the country.

As we navigate the extensive waters of Lake Taupo, you will witness the sun's final rays glimmering across the surface, revealing a dazzling display of warm orange and pink tones illuminating the surrounding landscape.

One key highlight of the excursion occurs at Mine Bay, where the impressive M?ori rock carvings etched into the cliffs await your admiration. You will hear the tale of Ng?toro-i-rangi, the M?ori explorer who guided diverse tribes to this remarkable lake.

Following 2.5 hours of discovery and beauty, we will return to our original departure point to conclude the tour.
