M?ori Rock Carvings Sailing Tour
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Taupo Harbour to board a sailing boat for a cruise on Lake Taupo. We'll sail to Mine Bay to view significant M?ori rock carvings from the 1970s, including the 14-meter-high carving of Ng?toro-i-rangi, a M?ori navigator. The tour will also provide insights into the natural environment surrounding Lake Taupo, and if the weather permits, participants may have the opportunity to take a dip.
Guests can enjoy a drink on board while relaxing on the deck and taking in the views of Taupo. The tour lasts 2.5 hours before we return to the starting point and conclude the boat ride.
