Description
On the day of the activity, we'll meet at Taniwha Place in Tauranga at the scheduled time to begin this kayaking experience. Once we have all the necessary equipment ready, we'll launch the kayaks and start exploring Lake McLaren Falls Park, after enjoying some refreshments.
Our experienced guides will lead us into the tranquil waters of the enchanting Glowworm Canyon, where we will see the stunning lights of the glowworms in complete darkness.
Throughout this kayaking experience, our guides will provide interesting facts about the life cycle and characteristics of the New Zealand fungus gnat, which causes the glowing effect of the glowworms.
Finally, after 3 hours, we'll conclude this kayaking experience around Lake McLaren Falls Park back at our starting point.
