The Tavira tourist train offers a 50-minute tour of key landmarks and attractions in this city.

The tour begins at Rua Jaques Pessoa. The train will then proceed to the fishing port for views of the Algarve coast and a visit to the city's market. The next stop is the Vila Galé Hotel, followed by a ride to Gilão River, a suitable area for bird watching.

Tourists will also observe the salt pans of Tavira from the train. The journey continues to the old town, where you will see several monuments, including the Islamic Museum, Nossa Senhora da Piedade Chapel, Hermitage of Sao Roque, and the renowned Tavira Castle, a medieval structure surrounded by gardens.
