Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Rua Gonçalo Velho in Tavira. From there, we'll start a tuk-tuk tour to discover the city.
First, we'll see the famous salt mines. Then, we'll enter the narrow streets and explore the historic center, including Republic Square and the Church of San Francisco.
Next, we'll visit the Church of Misericordia, noted as a prime example of Renaissance architecture in the Algarve. We'll also see the Castle of Tavira in the parish of Santiago.
After an hour of sightseeing, we'll return to the starting point and conclude the tuk-tuk tour.
